I am launching the Second Edition of Merivian Watch in a little over a month and I will not lie: at times this really stress me out. 🚀 Unlike others, I never have problems falling asleep even when stressed… but my body wakes up 1-2 hours earlier than usual.
This used to stress me out even more as I know how important consistent sleep is for sustained performance. 📈 But recently I had a breakthrough: I just accepted the 6 AM wake-up time and decided to go to bed at 10 PM and I adjusted the dial on my Merivian to reflect this new rhythm. ⌚✨
It turned out to be the perfect solution for me:
Deep Focus: as I work well early morning when everyone is still asleep. In addition to this I used to work until late at night because even my Merivian cannot always trump my ambition to realize my dream. 🔥 But now there is a hard boundary now as my family’s wake-up time that creates a natural limit to my deep work before we have breakfast together. 🍳
My learning: Don’t fight your body. Accept the situation as it is and try to work with it. 🙌
